Wild Wadi Aquapark

Entry ticket
Wild Wadi is the original & classic waterpark in Dubai which introduced at the time a very innovative approach to rides, ones where you don’t have to walk. The entire park is riddled with ‘lazy rivers’ and basically once you have plotted yourself down into a comfortable ‘tube’ you pretty much go for a long ride around the park, selecting which ‘routes’ you want to take along the way. Best water park ever!!! So much fun and staff all great! It is better to take transfer. For us it was quite difficult to go by public transport. Taxi is over priced.

The ticket was only to get into the waterpark. We had to take public transportation to get there and we got lost a bit. Also, once we got off of the public transportation, we still had to walk a bit. It would have been better to have had a driver with this ticket. Overall, though once we got to the park, it was fabulous!

The park is quite small and as far as 'thrilling' rides there really is only one which could be considered thrilling for older children or adults. The remaining few rides are really very tame which makes it a nice day out but for the price you pay definitely could be more enjoyable.

The waterpark was fun and had some exciting slides but didn't have that many. We went in the afternoon, so there were minimal queues but quickly ran out of things to do.

Good overall but park not entirely suitable if you have babies. Also, they charge extra for using lockers which is a minus.

Waterpark was a lot of fun. Not a large waterpark, but definitely lots of slides packed in to the small area, and all easy to get to. Recommend this for a fun family day out in Dubai.

Of course there is a lot more to the park with a wave pool that simulates surfing, black hole rides and an enormous ride called the ‘Jumeirah Sceirah’ which will give you a very health dose of adrenaline.
